Same package price as booking direct. Personal planning support before and after booking. No separate planning fee. Here is what that actually looks like.
Certified travel planners are compensated by the cruise line or resort — not by adding a fee on top of your booking. When you book your Disney Cruise through me, you pay the exact same package price you would pay booking directly through Disney.
My planning help is included in that. You are not paying for my time separately. That means you can get answers to your questions, have someone track your booking windows, and have a person to call when something comes up — all without it costing you anything extra.
This is where I help most. There are a lot of decisions that are much easier to sort out before anything is locked in.
I start by learning about your group — how many people, kids' ages, what you are looking for, and what your rough budget and timeline look like. This shapes everything else.
Ships, sailing lengths, itineraries, stateroom categories, home ports — I walk you through the decisions that matter for your family and help you get to a clear recommendation without drowning you in options.
If a Disney Cruise does not make sense for your family this year — because of budget, ages, timing, or what you are looking for — I will say so. I would rather help you find the right trip than push one that does not fit.
No pressure on timing. When you feel good about the choice, we lock it in. I can also advise on whether waiting or booking now makes more sense for the specific sailing you are looking at.
Booking the trip is not the end of my involvement. For many families, the most confusing part happens after booking — activity windows, dining reservations, check-in, and what to actually do before you get on the ship.
Disney Cruise has specific dates when activities, shore excursions, and dining open up for reservation. I keep track of these and give you a heads-up so you do not miss a window that matters.
I help you decide what is worth booking in advance, what is fine to leave open, and how to pace things so the trip does not feel over-scheduled.
I walk you through the online check-in process, arrival time selection, what documents to bring, and what to expect at the port — so there are no surprises on embarkation day.
Disney Cruise has specific deposit and final payment dates. I make sure you know what is due and when so nothing catches you off guard.
One of the great things about working with a travel advisor is that I can be as involved — or as hands-off — as you'd like. Some clients prefer me to handle every detail, while others like to manage most things themselves and simply have me available as a resource when needed. Every family is different. Some want to hand off every detail. Others just want a few specific questions answered and to handle the rest themselves. I follow your lead.
I am reachable by phone, text, and email. You do not need to submit a support ticket or wait for a callback queue. If something comes up, you can reach me directly.
When you contact me, you are talking to me — Angel. I will know your trip, your family, and your booking. I am not reading from a script or handing you to a different agent.
I am based on the East Coast and work virtually with families all over. You do not need to be local. We can connect by phone, email, or video — whatever works for you.
Want me to manage everything and just check in at key moments? I can do that. Want to stay involved in every decision and use me as a sounding board? That works too.
Tell me about your family and what trip you are thinking about. I will follow up within 1–2 business days.
