1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Travel with Hu website (travelwithhu.com) and the travel planning services provided by Angel Hu, a Certified Disney & Royal Caribbean Travel Planner affiliated with Waves & Wonder Travel. By using this site or contacting Angel to discuss a trip, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Travel with Hu provides vacation planning and booking assistance as a Certified Disney & Royal Caribbean Travel Planner. My services include:

• Researching and recommending cruise itineraries, resort packages, and vacation experiences
• Assisting with reservations for Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Royal Caribbean, Universal, and other travel suppliers
• Providing planning guidance, itinerary suggestions, and booking coordination

I act as your advocate and planning partner. All final bookings are made directly with the respective travel supplier, and your contract for travel services is with that supplier, not with Travel with Hu.

3. No Additional Cost to You

My planning services are provided at no additional charge to you. I am compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers at time of booking. The price you pay for your vacation package is the same as or less than booking directly.

4. Supplier Terms & Cancellation Policies

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation/change policies of the travel supplier (Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Universal, etc.). It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies. Travel with Hu is not liable for supplier-imposed fees, changes, or cancellations.

I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. I am happy to discuss options with you.

5. Accuracy of Information

I strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information about destinations, pricing, and availability. However, travel information can change rapidly. Prices, itineraries, and availability are subject to change by the supplier at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and paid.

This website is for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote or reservation.

6. Trademark Disclaimer

Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disney, Royal Caribbean International, Universal Studios, and all related names, marks, and characters are trademarks of their respective owners. Travel with Hu is not owned by, officially affiliated with, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Royal Caribbean Group, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any of their affiliates. Use of these names on this site is for descriptive purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travel with Hu and Angel Hu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information provided here. We are not responsible for acts of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, weather, government actions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and images — is the property of Travel with Hu or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
